Welcome to St. Peter’s School (Durgapur), a Christian Minority co-educational English Medium School under the Diocese of Durgapur, C.N.I that creates a feeling of comradeship and designs activities in which girls and boys take part in a pleasant, well-supervised environment.

Christian morals and values is the focal point in our education and during our Morning Assembly, each class is in-charge of conducting it: singing a chorus, reading verses from the Bible and ending with a short prayer by the children. The Rector/Principal holds a short talk on the Bible verse and thought for the day. However, we give due respect to other faith and religion.

In 1956 the seed was sown. Unclaimed, unrecognized it remained bur today St. Peter’s School stands tall and strong, youthful and dynamic . With many achievements to its credit, its acclaim and fame has reached far and wide and the journey of ST.PETER’S SCHOOL still continues.

On this site we have shared a lot of information about our school; the education we provide to our students, the opportunities given to these young souls and also the congenial atmosphere that exists within the family of St. Peter’s family. We hope our website is edifying and revealing and easy to access!!
