Mrs. Shirin Dube belonged to one of the most affluent, cultured, and reputed family of the city. Secondly she was married to an academician, Shri Mangal Dube who also came from a very reputed family and working as a Professor in the Raipur Engineering College.
"WE STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE" has been the motto of this school since it was founded. This school is run by Shri Mangal Dube Memorial Education Society named after late Professor Mangal Dube who himself was an educator of repute.
